Blind mechanics with unavoidable attacks and raid bosses

Blind isn't really a common thing I come across with only 3 character who can cause it. 1 is out of my reach and the other two not typically used in raids (or so I think). So really I have 3 questio...

Yup, I think that will only happen if the character is stunned as you can't evade at all when you are stunned, therefore the blind is not consumed.
