Bo-Katan (Mandalor) event is back or is it a bug? Can we spent money safely?

I was expecting Jedi Cal Kestis event will come first, but bo-katan event is already back even one of her requirement was kelleran beq and he is still not farmable yet.. This is strange, is this a ...

It'll be this month and then nothing for about 6 months, because they want people to buy Bo, not farm for her. They'll see what $$ they can pull in from a second "purchase event" and then withhold access once Kel goes farmable.
