Boba's AOE Omega'ed ( dot )

Call it semantics or a misunderstanding on my part, but I was under the impression that his dot would hit for two dings. My boba's DOT goes away after the first small ding. I was thinking "two turns" would translate to two damage dings. Seems like a very small return for an omega
