Bonus chest of crystals missing!

I just bought the chest of crystals for the bonus 25% and have not received them. They usuually get deposited into my game immediately. I am sure this will get sorted but wanted to bring this to the attention of the developers and community

    in addition the update notes say this is a one time purchase but it is still available in my game for purchase after i have already bought it.

    You should verify the charges went through. If the pack is still available with the bonus, you may have not completed the transaction, or you purchased it before the same was active(I'm not sure if that is possible).

    Yeah i've done that been charged for it. Gone through ea help but still not got my crystals. Just wanted to bring the issue to the attention of everyone really in case it was a larger issue. Thanks for your comment
