with recent update the imperial tie fighter cannot longer get marked when he gain foresight

Is that Chimaera as your capital ship?
It shouldn't have been gaining Marked under Chimaera, it was fixed today: https://forums.ea.com/blog/swgoh-game-info-hub-en/update-1162024/4960938

You can tell it's Executrix by the presence of the summoned TIEs. I can also confirm that no one is gaining marked in my own Executrix battles.
So how long has Scythe been out? Now it's important to get rid of the mark? Seriously, why? You don't get the allied summons without executrix. Regardless, how do mess up your game right before GAC starts?
