Good thinking...I just started checking the MOD shop,I was a firm believer of farming them since I'm not really into the toons left with cantina energy..Ill continue to farm but the MOD ship will make it easier-I wish that MOD was obtainable with gems.- Is it only blue? If so it's not worth it.

It has a speed primary, it will end up +30 regardless of color- You can use Gems to buy Credits if you want it that badly
- You can buy credits in arena shop.
- Cant you just buy credits from arena shop?
