I purchased some crystals this morning inside the game app. The transaction processed I received my email receipt from Google, and confirmed it was withdrawn from my debit card. I did not receive the crystals, and ever since then, when I load into the game, I'm met with an error that requires a restart. I can't stay in long enough to do anything like conquest or rise of the empire missions. If i try the restore purchases button in game, it says i have a processing transaction and that i cannot restore purchases. I was at work where I have good mobile connection. As it stands I'm unable to do anything that takes more than a minute to do, and I do not have the crystals I paid for.

Support won't read this. I would suggest reinstalling the game and opening a ticket in-game if you're able to after reinstalling.
