Bought the BadBatch lightspeed bundle And got crystals.

Yesterday I bought the bad Batch lightspeed bundle from the webstore, and got crystals instead of characters.

went to EA help to get the characters added to my account as I had paid for them after 45mins for repeating myself and proving proof I had not received the characters I paid for, was told they pass me on  and told to post here. 

Hopefully someone from the SWGOH team can actually help.
