I complete it each RotE with R7 Cere and R7 JKCK. Have you changed your mods? Are you filling platoons in order to get the buffs? It can definitely be a pain in the butt, but is easily doable once you understand the mechanics and are properly modded.
We fill the platoons with mods to the maximum, we fight with the whole guild, it doesn't work out
