There have been many times in this game where there was a true meta, where there were basically 5 toons used.
They have been adding zetas and reworks, this has made more toons viable. as more toons become more viable more teams become viable.
The list of viable teams is really good, yes not all teams are viable as lead and not all toons can make it on an arena team, but they have brought a lot of balance to the game over the past year.
