Tobias Beckett Character Concept
Inspiration: Tobias Beckett, played by Woody Harrelson, is a professional thief and gunslinger who served as Han Solo's mentor early in his smuggling career. Beckett worked for the Crime Syndicate Crimson Dawn to steal coaxium, and enlisted Han Solo, Chewbacca, and even Lando Calrissian to help in the job. In battle, Beckett will benefit a Smuggler or Crimson Dawn team and have a Territory Battle Omicron on his Leader, which'll make the Centre Road of 'Rise of the Empire' a breeze.

Attacks and Abilities
Basic: Gunslinger
Deal Physical damage to target enemy with a 40% chance to inflict Expose for 2 turns. If this attack doesn’t score a Critical Hit, this chance is doubled. If this does score a Critical Hit, Beckett gains 20% Turn Meter, and is Prepared, and all Smuggler allies gain half that amount. This cannot be countered.
Special 1: People are Predictable (Cooldown: 5)
All Smuggler and Crimson Dawn allies gain 30% Turn Meter, Critical Damage Up, and Tenacity Up for 3 turns. All enemies lose 30% Turn Meter, gain Critical Damage Down and Tenacity Down for 3 turns. Beckett gains Critical Chance Up for 2 turns. If he is Prepared, grant Prepared and Offense Up for 2 turns to all Smuggler and Crimson Dawn allies, then Beckett is no longer Prepared.
Special 2: Quick Thinking (Cooldown: 4)
Tobias Beckett dispels all Buffs on himself and on all enemies. Deal true damage to all enemies for each Buff dispelled. If any enemies don't have Buffs, they are inflicted with Ability Block for 2 turns, which can't be Resisted. If Beckett has Prepared, all allies that are prepared assist, dealing double damage, then Beckett is no longer Prepared.
Leader: Stick to the Plan
Smuggler and Crimson Dawn allies gain +30% Offense and +30% Critical Chance. When Prepared allies use a basic attack, they deal damage equal to 5% of the target enemy’s Max Health and recover that much Health. If they score a Critical Hit, they gain Foresight for 1 turn and inflict Expose for 1 turn, which can't be Evaded. If any enemies are defeated, all allies recover 15% Health and Protection and gain 20% Turn Meter, and all enemies take damage equal to 20% of their Max health and are inflicted with Ability Block for 1 turn, which can't be Evaded or Resisted.
While in Territory Battles and if all allies are Smugglers: Allies gain +30 Speed and are immune to Instant Defeat Immunity. In addition, whenever an ally gains Prepared, they take 50% reduced damage from percent Health damage effects and gain +5% Health and Protection (stacking) whenever a Debuff expires on them. Whenever an ally falls below 100% Health, they gain an additional effect based on their role:
- Attacker: Stealth and Evasion Up for 2 turns
- Tank: Taunt and Damage Immunity for 2 turns
- Support or Healer: Foresight and Tenacity Up for 2 turns
Unique: Assume Everyone Will Betray You
Tobias Beckett gains +10% Health Steal, +15% Max Health, +10 Speed for each active Smuggler and Crimson Dawn ally (this effect is halved for defeated allies), and gains 5% Turn Meter whenever Expose or Stun expires on an enemy or ally. While Beckett is Prepared, enemies can't recover Protection while under 100% Health. Beckett is immune to Stun and takes reduced damage from percent Health damage effects. Beckett has +50% Offense, +50% Critical Damage, and inflicts Stagger for 2 turns when attacking Scoundrel or Empire enemies.
