I've never set it up apart from a using it perspective, but believe Discord accounts are linked to swgoh then it uses that. Similar to how HotUtils can interact via a Discord logon.
Def worth asking in your guild discord, or just see if they have a bot channel as apart from Bronziums opening it can also give you access to lots of neat features.

Most guilds have a Discord with pack opening bots, have you checked? Size of your guild I'm surprised they havent , maybe ask if they setup these bots?
