On OCT 6 at about 20:00 EST I noticed a bug. My Disguised Clone Trooper's unique skill Clever Ruse was reset to level 1. I had leveled the skill and invested it to level 8 - meaning this bug just removed, and cost me, a Zeta and an Omicron.
What does CG do? They tell me to post here about the bug. Classy customer service. I regret ever downloading this game
You should try letting people know in technical issues. They tend to get solved a bit more often than here.
Clever Ruse wasn't working properly, so they reset it back to level 1 for everyone and refunded the material used to upgrade it. You would have received a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and your zeta and omi mats as well as the other stuff used to upgrade it.
While their messaging could be better about why you are getting stuff like that, it was returned and I'm guessing that you used them elsewhere?
