Bugged Datacron Compensation

The datacron in set two with the broken rebel mechanics for reduced damage I think needs to either be compensated for or removed entirely for the time being. At the end of the day, we all spend thousand upon thousands of crystals for a datacron to work in 0% of all scenarios. Considering it is a known bug at this point, why not remove it or refund so that we do we still have the option to roll a bugged datacron? I likely spent multiple thousands of crystals on this and multiple rerolls (up into the 80 mat rerolls) to get this ability that doesn't work. At this point even if it is fixed, the life cycle of datacrons is so short that it seems like such a waste to have a datacron be bugged for so long. I specifically built this datacron up to make a tanky rebel team, so even the excuse of "you can just reroll it" doesn't apply since all of the abilities (including the level 7 ability) are based on the reduced damage.
