Bugged out on blue stacks

I have completed the Jedi knight training Rey event on my account yet, im missing 50 shards. I have contacted EA via in game help and the issue has been on going for a week. sent multiple pictures of the issue showing its bugged out, and 3 different people asked me what the problem was. Would like this fixed asap. its a dead character that i should have on my roster, but cant use for grand arena. Thanks.
