Bugs again... Jar Jar event tier 1

I am seeing the same issues. At first I thought the Nass thing was just my potency, but it's every time and I spent over an hour attempting tier 1 without success. My guild mate said the Jar Jar missing issue is due to him having to be hit in order to damage the enemies. So that's just rng with this bug.
Nass doesn't land his special no matter what. It is driving me insane.
