Bugs again... Jar Jar event tier 1

Howdy! I've counted 2 huge bugs so far  related to the event Bombad General (Jar jar). Only 10 stacks of shield generator. Nass third special does nothing, no debuffs, no damage, no nothing!! Jar...

I'm on Tier 4 and Darth Maul keeps one-shotting Jar Jar with his AOE on turn 1. can't do anything about it

This happened 2 x in a row then he missed and i manged to get though its RNG
