Buying character shards in Shipments Mistake
First of all, I didn't know where exactly to post this, so I decided to post it in the General Discussions. I apologize if there is a better place for this type of post.
I accidentally bought 16 Chewie/C3PO shards in the Shipments and I did not want them. I am nowhere near to start farming for this character and could care less about his shards at the moment. I contacted EA and they said they can't do anything about this. Is this true? I feel like this would be a relatively common mistake people make, and that they should be able to take away the shards you accidentally bought and give you back your crystals. Could a moderator or someone who has had a similar situation confirm this for me?
