Buying mods for speed secondaries, looking for some advice
So after reading a few discussions on the forums recently, I've decided to stop using cantina energy for farmjng mods from mod challenges. My plan is to use credits to buy mods with speed primaries and secondaries instead, so I'm looking for a little advice to optimize my credit spending. Here are a couple assumptions I'm working under:
1. The highest a speed secondary will get is +18
2. The highest a speed secondary starts at is +10
3. There is some RNG involved in the final outcome of speed secondaries. A mod that starts out at +10 might not end at +18 and one that starts out > +10 may still end up at the maximum of +18
4. Speed must be the first secondary ability listed in order to obtain a total of +18
Are those all correct (or close)? Any other advice would be great, thanks in advance
