Cad Bane is weak. What if .........?

Idea: Cad Bane with a zeta that counts down at the beginning. Jet boots that makes him fly over and set one or two bombs on the enemy maybe also giving speed down to every one OR he takes two turns due to his speed.

CG probably won’t do it because everybody has him at relics for fleet. If anything maybe they add a toon that gives better synergy with him. Something that has synergy with bounty hunter stuns since there are so few that stun.
