- He's rather unimpressive all around, let's fix this:
Scoundrel allies gain 20% Evasion and gain 25% Turn Meter whenever they Evade. This chance is doubled against Jedi opponents. - And bounty hunters.
- It's my assumption that all Bounty Hunters are scoundrels, but not the other way around. Bounty Hunters would already gain this bonus.
- Sorry, doubled against Jedi and bounty hunters :). Conduit was looking tor some anti scoundrel gimmicks on boba so I thought it would be nice to give cad a little boost there too.

I like this quite a bit.- This would have been good in the past but with boba up and coming, not sure this is a competitive option. If we want to roll with the bounty hunter theme, maybe add an additional bonus for bounty hunters.
+5% Turn Meter Gain and Bounty Hunter allies gain an additonal 15% evasion.
