This would have been good in the past but with boba up and coming, not sure this is a competitive option. If we want to roll with the bounty hunter theme, maybe add an additional bonus for bounty hunters.
+5% Turn Meter Gain and Bounty Hunter allies gain an additonal 15% evasion.
This would be the defensive version of scoundrel/bounty hunter lead.
