can I get a clarification please?

Can a dev please confirm that a speed primary mod CAN NOT roll a speed secondary? IE: 30 speed primary stat with a 12 speed secondary

That is my understanding @Widget_gaget - It is 10% if a base speed, so speed secondaries really only benefit naturally fast toons for the most part (Rey, Yoda, TFP, QGJ) as they get a bigger set bonus due to bigger base speed
