Can I play on PC client and Android phone?

I want to try the PC client but I want to still play on my android phone when I am away from home and on the road.
Will I be able to do that?

    Yessir. I play on both everyday. On breaks at work I use my S24, and when I get home I log into the PC client.

    Yeah ive had no problems. I have one account only incase anyone missed that variable. Never really had an issue.
