Can I start an Endor Raid Tomorrow with KDH running?

I know cg has said only 1 raid at a time, but since 1: they’re letting us keep rewards from raids launched today, and 2: they just dropped the raid on us randomly, wonder if they’ll make an exception ...

My thoughts are: the raid takes 180k tokens to launch, with a cap of 150. If you have krayt running, and have been launching it when reaching 90k, then no, you can't launch the new raid tomorrow.
