Can we please get a response on the current problems with guilds/raids?

My biggest complaint is the reward system. It's basically saying "even your best will never be good enough.", because of how it's set up. Your #1 highest damage player in your guild will more than likely always be in the top 3. By the time you've caught up to them in damage. They'll be 4 times further ahead than you.
