My suggestion would be to calculate in guild coins , and guild activity score into the DPS to determen what place they are on raid list, this will give the members that countribute to unlocking the raid (if they enter the raid) but dont have the best chars to do max dps, a fair chance to get rewarded fairly for their effort unlocking the raid
to me this is way more fair then the system now ,who is based only on dps and it will encourage members to who know they dont have the best toons to do more to unlock the raid since they know their efforts are rewarded , since it is calculated in to the total raid score
