Can we please have a one more time free removal of mods?

Can we please have one more time free removal of mods? I really want to remove em all from my toons and start over.

If EA won't make it free to remove, AT LEAST they should give the ability to test move the mods around to other toons, instead of the same toon only, so we check the differences, BEFORE we agree on the "Confirm" to make it permanent for a remove.
