Can you get a potency mod with potency?

Hi all, is it possibly to get a 5 for potency cross mod with potency as its primary stat?

Are you saying that you have a potency primary with a potency secondary? Can you show us?

I think it was plus 30 for the three sets, cause you definitely can't have a potency primary with potency secondaries.
