Can't access Lord Vader LSB

I've been hearing from my guild mates in the USA how they have bought the new LV LSB. I've been really looking forward to it but when I go to check it out, it hasn't appeared for me in game, or in the online webstore. Other UK players like me in my guild have told me they have been to access it on the webstore, but I haven't. I also noticed in game that the other LSBS haven't converted currency. The GAS bundle for example is $50 for my American guild mates, yet £50 for me which isn't fair conversion. A guild mate from the UK told me the webstore converts prices fairly, meaning a $50 LSB would be about £35 which is the fair price. Does anyone know what to do? I really have been wanting the LV LSB, but for a start it doesn't even appear in game or on the webstore, and even if I can eventually find it CG probably won't even get their conversions right once its taken from the webstore.
