Cant connect my EA acount..

I am trying to connect my game to my EA acount. But when i press EA connect. it tells me it has send me a code. i can press resend as many times as i like but i wont get a code. so i press try logging in to EA wich i did succesfully.. then i just go to the website logged in and this does nothing in the game it doesnt connect the game to my acount. I have another acount where i got the code nicely and it worked but this 1 my main acount just doesnt work.
