Can't contact EA Help and account hacked and banned

HELP!!!

I cannot contact customer support, the website keeps trying to direct me to every option other than actually contacting someone.

Last year I've had an unwarranted ban on my account around I time I wasn't even playing any EA games, there was no email notification and until I tried to play an EA game I was unaware that all my EA games have been banned and my account locked.

I have tried numerous times over the year to get to the bottom of this appealing bans with zero response from EA either via my profile or email.

I've appealed this several times with the same zero response.

Looking further into my account the other day I noticed that my email account has been changed to a random Russian one, to me this would indicate I have been hacked.  Then following the same self directed help I have still been unable to speak to anyone to get this resolved.

And it is now telling me to deal with my ban which I can't as my please for help are ignored.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WILL SOMEONE HELP ME, I CANT PLAY ANY GAME I'VE PAID FOR.

    There is never a live chat option, ever.

    I've now tried to log into my EA account to find it completely banned after my appeal for help.

    I just don't understand what they are doing.

    My account was obviously hacked, and I'm putting the blame square on EA, I've never accessed my account online until there was a problem so there could not have been any compromise my side.

    I've appealed my ban 4 times each time it has been closed down without any contact with me

    After sending their customer service an Email the same time as my first post here they have then gone and completely banned my account so I cannot even log on.

    I have many EA Games I've purchased and can play none of them and they are not helping in any way, and it appears they are actually going out of their way to screw me over!

    I've sent them another email but I'll guess this will also go ignored.

    Does anyone know a UK phone number I can call to resolve this?  I can only assume their customer service advices are lacking in intelligence.

    @failedrockstar  Here is the workaround.

    1. First use the link down below.
    2. Once you're on the webpage log out of your EA account on the webpage. The live chat option should reappear.
    3. Click on the live chat option and fill in the necessary info before you begin a live chat option.
    4. Provide as much information and evidence of the hack so that they can help you further.

    Reply if you need any more help. I hope to god that they don't botch this in any way.
