These same community managers also have looked into and fixed many bugs. They have provided help to newer players by answering so many questions. They even just did a free giveaway (which they didn't have to do, but were generous enough to do)! I am sorry that you do not enjoy the Grand Arena, but that doesn't mean it should change. This has been a topic that many complain about... yet, it has also been explained that changing GAC right now would make it less good, fair, etc.. I would recommend two things. First of all, you should read through other posts similar to yours... you should find answers pretty fast. Additionally, I would recommend formally apologizing to CG for the way you spoke to them... you were quite rude to the people who have been helping, are helping, and will be helping to make this game better. Just a thought.

Don't blame the community managers who interact with players for the decisions made above them. Even the devs who are working to make the game better aren't making decisions as to where resources go. EA DJones is in charge and prioritizing revenue and coliseum. that's why datacrons are being dumped on us every single month, and why coliseum is getting all the attention. Because it's getting us to spend money on characters we can't even test yet. There are years-long bugs not being fixed, but again, that's not the bug team ignoring them, it's EA DJones prioritizing what THEY want worked on first.
GAC, TW, TB, etc., are all low priority and have been for years because the only part of them building revenue is datacrons and maybe omicrons somewhat.

If there's one thing worse than bad game design, it's negative feedback that doesn't give any critical advice or highlights problems or ways to improve the problems...just saying.
I feel there are problems with GAC, but 5v5 GAC is what's keeping me here.

It's a stale design, there's been no updates for years and the leaderboard problem has been around for far too long, which pushes bigger accounts further down. It's a sad decline of my once favourite game mode.

And if CG wants to pay my consulting fee, I'll be happy to tell them what needs to be fixed, the issues with their priority of effort, their resource allocation failures, and so on.
BUT, it wouldn't matter anyway because EA is telling them what they'll be doing, so what I have to offer as part of that wouldn't matter. And, I'm a paying customer, so I'll be as negative as I want to be. Especially when EA DJones is disrespecting players consistently along with ignoring what concerns we have.
...Just saying.

Sorry for the confusion, but I was replying directly to the OP. They gave absolutely no useful information whatsoever. How (providing CG did actually listen and act on good feedback) is anything the OP said useful?
Nothing I wrote was directed at your comments. Nor do I have any particular bone to pick or particularly disagree with anything you wrote.

It's working as intended. You're just mistaken in thinking your intentions and CG's intentions are aligned. Horribly wrong.

My Bad. But, he can still complain and be negative.

I don't have any issues with people complaining, there's plenty to complain about. However, a post that just randomly scathes without any real context is lazy and a waste of everyone's time. Especially, when it's a little on the abusive side.
I have a lot more respect for posters that list what they feel is wrong and ways that it could be improved; even if I don't agree with the improvements.
