I do not know if this helped, but I will throw this out there.
IF you are knowledgeable, and feel comfortable with a DNS flush, I ran one, and soon after got in. I do not know it helped. I do not know it didn't. My logic was "if the maint. they recently performed changed servers, a IP change may have taken place". Sketchy I know.. but there it is. Discuss..
