Can't link EA account to transferer progress

Hello,

I want to transferer my progress on my old I pad to my new phone but I cannot link my EA account. The message says that because the birthdate I gave the game and my EA account don't match I am not able to link my EA account to the game. Without a way to know the birthdate I gave the game I have no way of connecting my account. If anyone knows how I can trouble shoot this please let me know what I can do.
