Cantina Energy Buff

With cantina battles being (at least as far as I know) the primary spot to get signal data outside of the occasional shipment. I feel like they desperately need a huge buff.

I understand that it should be slow work to get characters to higher relic levels, but when I can only get 1 to 2 blue signal datas a day, it becomes hopelessly boring and slow. Especially since I can put the game down at 7pm and pick it back up a day later and have less than 144 energy. 

It needs to either be buffed to the drop rate of data, or the energy refill needs equalized with the other energies.
