Cantina issue

I spent 100 crystals 3x on cantina energy. I went to sim cantina 8C for signal data. I got a pop up that said cannot sim as I don’t have enough energy or sim tickets. Definitely have the sim tickets and just spent 300 crystals on refreshes so I have the energy. Tried multiple times. Would not let me sim. Same pop up. So I decided to just do a battle without sim and it let me. When I got out of the battle I lost all energy and no rewards. Any help would be appreciated

    Your client is out of sync. Restarting will fix it. You actually did get rewards for the ones you simmed even if you didn't see them.

    I just simmed about 300 energy worth of Cantina battles for Fragmented Signal Data and not only did it not give me my rewards, but it expelled all my energy and didn't even count toward my daily cantina attempts. WTF? Froze while simming and said something about an unexpected error and to check my internet connection. Yeah, solid connection 200Mbps. What gives?
