Cantina refreshes

Maybe I haven't noticed before, but I always thought cantina refreshes were 3x 100, 3x 200, etc

But buying them recently, it has only be 2x 200 and then it is 400. Maybe I'm just missing one of the 200, but it definitely seems like just 2.
Anyone confirm if it has always been this way or it was changed recently?

Not entirely sure about "always," but definitely has been that way for a long time.
