Captain Han drop rate

I’ve been farming him non-stop since his release. I just 7*d him yesterday. Totally FTP, give or take a few crystal refreshes on Cantina energy. Free daily crystals, though.

Yes, it’s low drop rate and takes a while for 16-energy node.

33% drop rate, at 16 energy cost, that's 1 shard every 48 energy.

You simply didn't pray RNGsus enough. Try wrapping yourself in a giant slice of ham while dancing during a full moon in an Aztec cemetery. Helps me at least.

Bigger issue is farming the vets. Thise drops rates are trash. I don't want hear about 33% drop rate. I regularly do 2 refreshes per day and walk away disappointed.

For real though, multiple days of getting 1 shard from 10+ battles, never did I have a day of 8+ Shards. Proportionately speaking for the inverse of the average ratio >_>

It’s 33% drop rate. This has been tested and verified a thousand times.

As humans we often more quickly remember the bad sims (getting one shard with 144 energy) than we do the good sims (getting 5 shards with 144 energy). This makes us think the drop rate is worse than it really is.

A great way to combat this is to sim 9 at a time. You should average 3 shards. You’ll notice sometimes you’ll get 0 but sometimes you’ll get 5. I even got 7 once. It all evens out over time.

Honestly, I got him 5* from scratch in just 11 days, spending an average 300 cantina energy per day.

Sorry to hear that. My drop rate was much higher, and mine has been 7* for over a month. I hope you have better luck on the next one.

I just started farming him yesterday. It's a very low sample rate but I was pleasantly surprised to be getting a high drop rate for the 300 or so energy I have used so far.

It's been around 50 - 60% for me so far. So apparently it's my fault and I am getting your extra shards.

Unfortunately this lucky streak won't last long.

I'm getting 1 or 2 shards a day with 2 refreshes. Hope this is only bad luck. It can't be something else but EA is always EA
