Cara Dune and Vandor Chewbacca

If Vandor Chewbacca (with zeta) is prepared and Cara Dune has potency up, and then Cara Dune is killed, which revive mechanic kicks in first?

So you want to have vandor ahead of cara to revive at 60%.
