Every data point in the thread proves that you are in fact quite unreasonable. 30 maxed toons give to you for free because you've played for one year is nuts.

Hey, @TVF , just between you and me, CG gave me a maxed Empire squad on my one year anniversary. Yup, all 18 in the squad, legendaries included. It was sweet. To bad they don't do that any more.

@jhbuchholz thanks for the PM. I'm contacting CS to complain because all I got was a lousy 7* Negotiator, which was useless since it didn't exist yet.

@TVF - definitely ask for more. They told me that they like to low ball people on the first reqest and that anybody ("but Brian") that nicely asks for more will get whatever they want.

Not sure if this was mentioned but i see the game as some kind of mmo game in a smaller concept.
So i don't think you should always be allowed to "catch up" that easily with everyone. Sure getting all toons and stuff but there is nothing hindering you from farming.

Of. Course people that joined at start will have better teams and setups as a whole. But that's normal. You don't join a multiplayer game and demand to get the same stuff and achievements another person got for being there far longer than you in basically a heartbeat. That's common sense. Else you'd put everyone on the same level and basically taking away their feeling of accomplishment. Imagine there would be mounts you only get from a specific event or raid that is really hard and only a small amount of people have. Imo you should NOT be able to get it quicker as the people putting so much effort in it right? Wouldn't feel fair to me.
Of course everything gets easier by time and people get things faster. And There always has to be something to make everyone enjoy the game so people that have a lot should get new stuff too.

Maybe i'm really retarded and didn't get your point right. In that case let me know. But it just sounded as if you wanted to get to the same level as the best/longest playing player's.

A squad has 5. A faction can have 18. It's ok, I'm a patient man. But I still don't think my tutoring you should be free...

A squad now has 18, I confirmed it with CS. Its because the negotiator can fit 18 pilots.

Where does 27 come from? There are about 170 characters in the game. Divided by 5 you get 34 "squads". This doesn't include ships.

Squads by title. e.g. Clonetroopers, Nightsisters, Jawas, etc.

You want 6 full factions?

The Galactic Republic "squad" plus the Rebel "squad" account for around 58 characters out of 170.

Give him Tuskens, Jawas, Rogue One, imperial troopers, Phoenix, and clones... See how good that does for him... Lol

As I said, a rookie phase for sure-- but not an eternal relegation to inferiority. If the game were truly free & good, then when can I expect promotion to a level of equality? When can I catch up? If the answer is "never" (as MobileGamer & Ahnaldt101 support ), then that's not good enough.

No. I only have the Endurance and the Benevolence :s I wish there was a way to catch up to superior players like you. A way that didn't require any effort by me at all.
