From game files: +5% Critical Chance Clone allies gain 30% Critical Chance, and other allies gain half that amount. Cody gains 50% Defense for each living Clone ally.

I agree with josh, clones gain half of codys defense and add clone allies have a x% chance to remove an enemy buff when dealing damage. This gives them a chance to work around a taunt, butt not a guarantee.
