From game files: +5% Critical Chance Clone allies gain 30% Critical Chance, and other allies gain half that amount. Cody gains 50% Defense for each living Clone ally.

Oh wow. Very nice indeed. Remembering that you are foregoing GK lead here this seems fair. My main complaint about cody lead is that damage is so non competitive. This is a good start but they definitely need something in the dps department.
