CG - please CLARIFY what this sentence within the new Zaalbar Omicron means?

Does this mean:

  1. The effects persist into the next battle/attempt if the opponent fails to beat my 3v3 Darth Revan, Zaalbar, Mission (who self defeats). Does this mean if my opponent fails, at the start of the next battle, it's already preloaded and my DR and ZAL start with x-Speed, Offense, etc. (if they choose to submit). Or...
  2. Does it mean that once Mission dies, the stats are distrubuted to DR and ZAL, and if ZAL dies but NOT DR, the effects stay with DR until the end of that battle, but at the start of the opponents next attempt, the stats disappear and DR just has the stats that his mods and datacron give him?

The language is somewhat ambiguous (too me at least). I'm hoping you can clean up the text to be more specific so there's no confusion.

Thank you.

  • Unless it ends up being bugged, it's the 2nd case. It's like Malicos' 1st omicron, for example, "Enemies defeated by allies can't be revived. This effect persists if Malicos is defeated". Even if Malicos is defeated, the "Enemies [...] can't be revived" still happens, but only for that one battle. If you defeat Malicos and then have to use another team to clean up the rest, that clause (along with the rest of his unique) won't be active. Or like if you defeat one member of a Starkiller team, his Conflict unique is still active, but if you then go in with a second team it is disabled.
