Cg meathead can you help.

I've escalated my frustration through in game and through ea support. I went to purchase the episode pass this past month through the webstore. I clicked pass but when I went to pay and confirm my card I noticed, after I clicked to go through, that it was the pass plus. I've asked for a partial refund and was told yes and then no. I have no issue buying the pass just didn't want the plus. I feel like ea support isn't helping. They're saying the can't do a partial refund. Can I get a credit or something? Even a code for the next pass to make up for it? I've got my proof that I purchased just didn't want the plus pass. I've been buying the regular pass each month, so I'm certainly happy to support the game. Please help.
