CG please add an index for buffs/debuffs

As the title suggests, it would be very helpful if CG added at least an in-game index for buffs/debuffs. As of now you are forced to read a characters ability that includes text referencing a buff/deb...

I just want to find who actually gives potency up or whatever random buff I have to generate 40-100 times for conquest. Many toons that list a buff in their description do not actually count towards the feat.
