CG fix TW

So for the second time in a row, and countless times before, we are going up against a guild with 120ish million more gp than us.  Yet only 37 squads this time, and 36 squads last time we're required per zone.  Top tier is 390m+.  When TW was started, gp was no where near what it is now.  Top guilds are approaching 800m.  Higher gp guilds know they cant compete against higher gp guilds so they sandbag to go against lower gp guilds.  You need to expand the number of tiers to fix the much higher gp now.  After that, you need to count the entire guild gp, not just that of those who sign up, this would counter guild who sandbag. Again please fix TW.  Thanks
