They already had to delay the things for a week and now it is looking like more time AND no official response! Also where are the era battles?

I have issues with the webstore, can't buy there and gain benefits from the Kessel Run at the same time, just contacted support since I'm missing out on this event from A-Z, no Coliseum rewards etc.
I told them some people have made forum posts about the same issue and no solution yet, he told me basically "sucks you are missing out on the event but you will have to wait and no promise on any compensation".
Not a single phuck given 😂
