CG/EA seem to still ignore huge Android performance issues

More than 3 months have passed since the 17th of November patch, and as many of you already know, it greatly reduced the stability and performance of Swgoh on some Android devices and all Android emulators. And CG/EA are completely ignoring this issue, or at least it seems like they are, because there has been no acknowledgement about it, even after numerous reports on the EA support site.

Here's my situation: I'm using Asus ROG II and Samsung Galaxy S10+, and Swgoh ran fine on both devices before that patch, on 60+ fps, no freezes, smooth gameplay with rarely any crashes or hangs. After that patch, both of those phones are stuck on ~27 fps and cannot run higher than that no matter what i do. I've even done factory resets and it didn't fix anything. Freezes, crashes and hangs happen daily, and it's frustrating. I've even bought another phone, a bit older model Samsung Galaxy A5 to make sure it's not on my end, or an issue of newer phones, and it has the same issues.

I also tested all 3 phones on a few other games, and there are no issues at all. They only have issues with running Swgoh.

So why am i posting this here? Because the support site wasn't of any help, and not only to me, but to anyone who reported the same issue.

Here is how it goes: A player reports this issue on the Technical Issues section > A support staff member replies with: "Try the troubleshooting guide" > The troubleshooting guide of course, doesn't do anything, because this issue is obviously from the game/server side > Player replies back, letting the support staff member know, that it didn't fix the issue > Support staff member doesn't reply anymore.

This is ridiculous, and i don't know what to do about this issue anymore. If anyone has any ideas or info about this, please share, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
