Challenge cooldown reduction
CG, thank you for reducing the challenge cooldown to 5 seconds. I apparently skipped over that gem in the release notes, but it is greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I came back to the game and Im happy to see this. Except its not for everyone. I found out that my friends still have 10 minutes. Did they only make the change for max level?
